Are you familiar with infection control in clinical environments?

Familiar with the basic principles — clean equipment, no cross-contamination, and no cleaning agents that would leave residues near clinical surfaces. For specific compliance requirements, let me know when you enquire and I'll confirm whether I can meet them.

Can you clean during patient hours if needed?

Yes if required. External glass can be cleaned during trading hours without disruption. Internal glass during patient hours requires care around consultation times and should be coordinated with the practice manager to avoid noise near occupied rooms.

Do you handle multi-tenant medical centres?

Yes. Multi-suite medical buildings are priced per suite with discounts for full-building cleans. The per-suite rate decreases with each additional suite — a 6-suite medical centre is more cost-effective per suite than 6 standalone clinics.

How do you bill for ongoing medical practice contracts?

Invoice per visit, or monthly invoice for recurring contracts. Bank transfer is standard. GST invoice included with every billing cycle. Easy to hand to your accounts or practice manager.
