Depends on the scope. A single professional suite typically takes 30–60 minutes. A multi-tenant building of 6 suites might take 3–4 hours. I give a time estimate with every quote so you can plan around the clean.

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. Early mornings (from 6am), evenings after close, and Sundays are standard for offices that prefer no disruption during trading hours. For ground-floor exterior glass, daytime work is fine and doesn't disrupt anyone.

Do you provide proof of insurance for our records?

Yes. $10M public liability insurance — I can provide the insurance documentation on request. Standard for commercial tenancy records and I can have it to you within 24 hours.

What about internal glass partitions?

Included in the scope where specified. Meeting rooms, consulting rooms and glass office partitions are quoted together with the external glass. Let me know what you need covered when you enquire.

Can you clean offices in multi-tenant buildings if not all tenants want it?

Yes. I can clean individual suites. The per-suite rate is higher for standalone suites than for full-building contracts, but there's no requirement for every tenant to participate.

How do you handle access for after-hours cleans?

Typically with a key or access code from the building manager. For standalone offices, I coordinate directly with the tenant. After-hours access arrangements are straightforward for most office buildings.

Do you have a minimum job size?

No formal minimum. The smallest office jobs are single-suite cleans for around $80–120. Call or email and I'll give you an honest assessment of whether it makes sense.
